Lodging/Camping Details Below


Family Lodging
       Reid Ranch will provide food and lodging charged for how many nights you stay.  Cost/person/night is determined by the total number of people (not including infants) in your group and their ages.
       Family reservations in our Tabby Mountain Lodge now use updated price charts.  Use the 2011 or 2012 Extended Price Chart or see our 2011 or 2012 Cost Calculator web page for more details.
*Children 2 and younger are free and do not count toward the total number of people in the group.  Some cribs and highchairs are available.  Baby food is not provided at meals.

Includes:
       The price includes three Western meals per day by Reid Ranch's master chef, plus your rooms, bedding, towels, housekeeping service, plus Reid Ranch amenities.  There is a small fee of $1/game or $3/day for the miniature golf.

Transportation to and from the Salt Lake International Airport is $60.00 per person each way. Transportation must be arranged 30 days prior.  (No transportation charge for children 2 and under.)


Family Camping
       Reid Ranch will provide food and an area for camping charged for how many nights you stay.  Cost/person/night is determined by the total number of people (not including infants) in your group and their ages.
*Children 2 and younger are free and do not count toward the total number of people in the group.  Baby food is not provided at meals.

Includes:
       The price includes three Western meals per day by Reid Ranch's master chef, an area to pitch tents for camping, and Reid Ranch amenities.  There is a small fee of $1/game or $3/day for the miniature golf.

Transportation to and from the Salt Lake International Airport is $60.00 per person each way. Transportation must be arranged 30 days prior.  (No transportation charge for children 2 and under.)


Company Lodging
       Reid Ranch will provide food and lodging charged for how many nights you stay.  Cost/person/night is determined by the total number of people in your group. This pricing is available only for groups of all adults.

Includes:
       The price includes three Western meals per day by Reid Ranch's master chef, plus your rooms, bedding, towels, housekeeping service, plus Reid Ranch amenities.  There is a small fee of $1/game or $3/day for the miniature golf.

Transportation to and from the Salt Lake International Airport is $60.00 per person each way. Transportation must be arranged 30 days prior.



Deposits and Reservation Payments:
        A separate $100.00 damage deposit check needs to be sent in before your final packet is mailed to you.  This will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage occurs.  Please be aware that if damages exceed the $100.00 damage deposit, extra payment is to be paid in full before departure.  A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is a required to hold your reservation.  The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.   Additional guests may be added up to 1 week prior to your arrival.   Additional payment is due at such time.  No payment is taken at the Reid Ranch for food or guests.  Please remember there are no refunds given for any subtractions to your group’s numbers after the 30 days prior to arriving.   Also, no additional guests are allowed on the ranch other than those who have been paid for in full up to one week prior.   The Reid Ranch will not give refunds for any loss or detriment caused by Acts of God.

Cancellation Policy—Group and Individuals:
       If cancellation is received before 150 days, only $100 of the 20% will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 150 days or less, one-quarter of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 120 days or less, half of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 90 days or less, three-quarters of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 60 days or less, all of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 30 days or less, the entire payment is forfeit.  Groups may have to share the Ranch facilities.  Lodging groups of 175 or more will have the indoor facilities reserved for themselves.
