Reid Ranch has appreciated the patronage of super-activity groups for several summers and has enjoyed each group.

We would like to keep that tradition going of sharing Reid Ranch's facilities and a part of the real west with church groups. Including suggested activities for LDS youth groups.

Two scheduling options are available for youth groups, 1½ day or 2½ day schedules. See the costs on our price chart:

    Costs include 3 meals for the 1½ day or 6 meals for the 2½ schedule as well all the Reid Ranch amenities.

Amenities: horseback riding, swimming, tennis, volleyball, archery, fishing, hiking, lakefront activities, canoeing, frisby golf, spa and the sauna. Suggested activities for LDS youth groups

Deposits and Reservation Payments:
        A separate $100.00 damage deposit check needs to be sent in before your final packet is mailed to you.  This will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage occurs.  Please be aware that if damages exceed the $100.00 damage deposit, extra payment is to be paid in full before departure.  A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is a required to hold your reservation.  The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.   Additional guests may be added up to 1 week prior to your arrival.   Additional payment is due at such time.  No payment is taken at the Reid Ranch for food or guests.  Please remember there are no refunds given for any subtractions to your group’s numbers after the 30 days prior to arriving.  Also, no additional guests are allows on the ranch other than those who have been paid for in full up to one week prior.   The Reid Ranch will not give refunds for any loss or detriment caused by Acts of God.

Cancellation Policy—Group and Individuals:
       If cancellation is received before 150 days, only $100 of the 20% will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 120 days or less, half of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 90 days or less, three-quarters of the deposit will be forfeited.   If cancellation is received 60 days or less, all of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 30 days or less, the entire payment is forfeit.  Groups may have to share the Ranch facilities.   Lodging groups of 175 or more will have the indoor facilities reserved for themselves.
